"Absolutely love this diffuser but after using it a year, it falls off the dryer. I've reached out to customer service and they want me to video the process rather than try and help with a replacement. It's a little hard to video and diffuse while it's falling off constantly. Super disappointing because I truly love the size and result of this diffuser. I rarely spend so much on a product."
"I really like this dryer. The size of the diffuser speeds up the drying process and makes working with long hair less complicated. Even without styling products, using the dryer itself makes my hair look so much better. The heat and intensity options are great, as is the cool air shot. I've been dealing with a spine injury lately, which unfortunately, has made these dryer difficult to use with its larger size and heavier weight. The built-in stand might work for some who can sit easily, but I'd love to see Curlsmith release a hands-free, height adjustable stand for this hair dryer. I've been looking for one of the clamp stands with a weighted base to fit this hair dryer without toppling over, and there don't seem to be any great options. I'd be the first to buy something like this if it were available from Curlsmith. I think it could be really helpful for curly-haired people of all abilities and situations. Fingers crossed!"
