"I was unsatisfied that on the website the ingredients are not completely listed out they are vaguely mentioned of the type of ingredients. After purchasing the product I realized it has phenoxyethanol in it and was disappointed with the product. Considering phenoxyethanol is a moderate risk for irritant, potential allergen, potential endocrine disruptor and pollutant. Please remove this ingredient and fully list the ingredients on your website, thank you."

Needs pre and post wash to use properly

"Read the direction first! Apparently you have to use the primer shampoo wash first then a post wash. I thought I could use this alone as a shampoo because the bottle says shampoo. But it is not and made my scalp itchy. Can’t return bow stuck with a useless bottle. Do I pay over $50 for the pre and post wash? Or just toss this? So annoyed. Don’t call this a shampoo when it can’t be used alone."

"It is not an ideal scrub because you have to use a primer to protect your hair, which is just unnecessary cost really. I think i will be changing my product completely to a simple shampoo, conditioner and a foam, with another company. It is not value for money."

"I have used this twice so would want to use a couple more times before I can be totally honest. First impressions are that I liked the way my scalp felt afterwards, clean and tingly. Almost like it had awakened the circulation. I like the blue range because it is light and does not weigh the hair down."
