Shipping Policy

We can currently ship to any address in the UK.


All our UK orders are shipped from our United Kingdom based warehouse so there won't be any import taxes.
We currently charge £2.99 for our standard delivery.
We offer Free Delivery if you spend £30 or more.
Depending on your location, standard delivery may take between 2-3 business days from when the order is processed. If you place the order after 1pm, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

We currently charge £3.99 for Next Day Delivery.
Please note: if you place the order after 1pm, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day, and therefore be delivered two days after it was placed.


Please note that our cut-off dates confirmed by our courier for Christmas are:
- Royal Mail 1st Class is Friday 20th of December
- Royal Mail 2nd Class is Wednesday 18th of December

These dates are meant as guidelines and are not guaranteed unless stated. Please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions affecting parts of our fulfilment network etc.) may delay your orders. Please note that our last order dates are based on normal conditions so in exceptional conditions it might happen that your order arrives after Christmas despite you ordering before the date provided.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the order for a full refund within 15 days of original purchase date.

If you are returning an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance at your expense.



Please note that Black Friday and Cyber Week, Sale Items and Bundles are non-refundable.

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at and we will arrange it.

If your products never arrived / went missing, you have 15 days to notify us and claim a full refund or request a re-shipment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
