Customers' are responsible for covering any return costs incurred. We recommend using a tracked service for this as we cannot take responsibility for untracked parcels if they do not reach our warehouse.
If there has been an error on our, Curlsmith part e.g., a faulty product or an incorrect item delivered, please contact the customer care team on hello@curlsmith.com before posting your item back to us.
Please be advised that items must be returned unopened, unused and in pristine, resalable condition to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet our guidelines for health and hygiene reasons.
Unless faulty, liquid/cosmetic products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.
For electrical items, please ensure you reach out to us via email to inform us of any problems as soon as a fault occurs.
Hairdryers, tools and accessories will only be accepted if complete with all external packaging, leads, and attachments intact. If used, please note that we will not be able to accept the return.
We are only able to assist with replacements and returns for items purchased via our website. If you have purchased via another retailer, please contact them directly to arrange your replacement or return.
