The Defrizzion Dryer - Travel Edition is praised for its variable heat settings, which are perfect for wavy hair. It makes curls look great and takes up less room in a drawer or suitcase. The product is noted for being lightweight and ideal for travel. The diffuser attachment is great for drying hair faster and easier, and it helps keep hair frizz-free and defined. The heat is variable and just right for frizz.

"Great hairdryer, folds down for when travelling. Decent size diffuser but not too deep, so easy to pack. Very happy!"
"I bought this for a holiday and that my current hairdryer isn't quite meeting my needs (it's over 20 years old). I am trialling it before a holiday and finding it great for use at home so far. Impressed with the light weight and large diffuser that allows me to dry my hair quicker. The heat and speed options are good. I feel like my fine wavy 2c hair appears curlier and less frizzy with this dryer. It's slightly smaller than my normal hairdryer and lighter. The fact that I can fold it up for travelling to fit into my suitcase and already has a two pin plug is brilliant. Hoping it will last as long as my normal hairdryer."
"I got this for going away and it has been perfect! A little less powerful than the non travel version but dries with just the right temperature and power to make sure no frizzy curls! Folds, lightweight and has a little bag to keep it in, great buy!"
"Good for travelling. Nice that it comes with a bag. It is not particularly easy to remove/refit attachments. I like the comb attachment to add some volume at the roots. It will be good during winter to dry the part nearest your head and leave the rest to air dry."
"Used often on a trip to China due to extremely hot and humid weather, highly recommended!"
"OMG I love it. I’ve just used it to do a damp refresh of my hat and the volume is amazing. Great choice of heat and speed settings. The ability to turn it into a European plug is genius. I can’t wait to take this on holiday."
"Usually when I go away in the UK there is never a diffuser hairdryer in the room, so it’s been great to finally have a travel friendly hairdryer. Nice size & sturdy diffuser that looks like it will survive my suitcase. Great I can take it abroad too without an extra plug. Very pleased"
"I recently got the Curlsmith Defrizzion Dryer – Travel Edition because I needed a dual voltage hair dryer for worldwide travel with a proper diffuser head – and honestly, there aren’t many options out there that meet those criteria. I haven’t had the chance to test it abroad yet, but I did try it here in the UK. It’s definitely bigger and heavier than my previous travel hair dryer, but that’s a trade-off I’m happy to make since it comes with a full-size diffuser head, which is essential for my wavy hair. In terms of performance, it’s not as powerful as my regular dryers, but that’s to be expected from a travel-sized model. So far, it seems like a solid choice for curly or wavy-haired travellers who don’t want to compromise on diffusing – I’m looking forward to testing it on my next trip!"
"I'm new to this curly journey and needed a diffuser, after some research I purchased this one. Why this one over the xxl? Because it was £50 cheaper. It's really good, lightweight. I don't want to think how much longer it would take to dry my hair with a smaller diffuser."
"I like this hairdryer as it stays cool, and I can be content knowing I am not causing heat damage. Furthermore, the travel size is very convenient for holidays and travelling between university and home."
