Can you use miracle shield on dry hair eg when sunbathing/walking round in the sun for protection?
Yes you can! Bit like a suncream, can top up when needed

I don’t use a leave in conditioner as I have extremely fine hair so can you use it after washing out conditioner and before styling products? Or would it be better to use it after applying curl cream?
