Disappointed in the Frizz Control
"I received a sample of the Frizz Rescue Curl Retainer to try, and honestly, it was just okay for me. I have medium-fine hair with 2b/3a curls, low-to-medium porosity, and I don’t usually struggle too much with frizz. But after using this (paired with the shampoo and conditioner from the same frizz line), I actually noticed more frizz than I normally get when I use the Curlsmith Flexi Jelly. On the plus side, the smell is lovely and the consistency feels really nice—very similar to the Flexi Jelly. I’ve only tried it once so far, so I’ll give it another go to see if my results improve. But based on first impressions, it didn’t quite deliver the frizz control I was hoping for."
